We offer Standard Ground and 3 Day shipping, where available.  Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select and availability of the items.  Orders are processed every business day and usually ship via Federal Express within 48 hours of payment.  Please allow 5-10 business days for Standard Ground shipping.  Also, because we use Federal Express, we cannot ship to PO boxes, so please provide a physical address. In an effort to deliver your order as fast as possible, we will often ship directly from the manufacturer. If you purchased more than one item - your order may be shipped from more than one location. Most orders with multiple items and standard shipping arrive on time, however please allow an extra few days for all your items to arrive.

Shipping charges on Canadian orders do not include customs fees and duties. These charges are paid separately by the customer.

Shipping charges on International orders do not include customs fees, duties and taxes. These charges are paid separately by the customer.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 within the contiguous 48 United States.  For orders shipping to a residential address use promo code HSHIP2012. For orders shipping to a commercial or business address use promo code GSHIP2012.

Rush Shipping

3-DAY SHIPPING ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 10:30 A.M. CST – ORDERS ARE PROCESSED EVERY BUSINESS DAY.


After 10:30 a.m., orders will ship the next business day.  A shipping confirmation email will be sent the day after your order ships.

Overnight Shipping is only available by phone, and cannot always be accommodated. If Overnight shipping is possible, and the order is placed before 10:30am CST, the order will be delivered the following business day after the order shipped. Overnight shipping is delivered by the end of the business day.  Saturday delivery and Priority Overnight may be available upon request for an additional fee and only where available.

3-day orders will be delivered 3 business days after the order is shipped (i.e. if your order is placed before 10:30 a.m. CST Monday it will be delivered by the end of the business day Thursday).

 

Returns

All returns must meet the following criteria:

  • •Item(s) being returned must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags.  If the packaging was opened, the item(s) must be returned in resalable condition.  Item(s) not returned in resalable condition will NOT be refunded.
  • •You must contact us within 30 days of delivery of order by following the steps on our Request a Return page.  We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and return instructions via email.  Return requests received after 30 days of receiving your order will not be refunded. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Returns received after 30 days from the RMA issue date will not be refunded.
  • •If you need a different size or style, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received.  You must follow the steps on our Request a Return page. This is to ensure quick processing of your return and the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s).
  • •Returns are not accepted for shoes and instruments used in medical practices.
  • •Item(s) must be returned to us via a traceable shipping method (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS) with a delivery confirmation or tracking number with all shipping costs pre-paid.  To ensure prompt refunds, we encourage you to email your return tracking information to our Support Team at support@scrubsgiant.com.
  • •Refunds are for merchandise only, shipping charges are not refunded. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless the item was damaged upon receipt, in which case please contact our Support Team at support@scrubsgiant.com.
  • •Refunds are not available for closeout, discontinued, or clearance items.
  • •All refunds are subject to inspection and will be issued at Scrubs Giant’s discretion only.
