Shipping

We offer next day, 3-day, and standard ground shipping. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select and availability of the items. Orders are processed every business day and usually ship via Federal Express within 48 hours of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for standard ground shipping. Also, because we use Federal Express, we cannot ship to PO boxes, so please provide a physical address. In an effort to deliver your order as fast as possible, we will often ship directly from the manufacturer. If you purchased more than one item - your order may be shipped from more than one location. Most orders with multiple items and standard shipping arrive on time, however please allow an extra few days for all your items to arrive.

Shipping charges on Canadian orders do not include customs fees and duties. These charges are paid separately by the customer.

Shipping charges on International orders do not include customs fees, duties and taxes. These charges are paid separately by the customer.

Rush Shipping

ALL OVERNIGHT AND 3-DAY SHIPPING ORDERS RECEIVED BEFORE 11:00AM CST WILL SHIP THE SAME BUSINESS DAY.
After 11:00am, orders will ship the next business day. A shipping confirmation email will be sent the day your order ships.

Overnight orders will be delivered the following business day after the order shipped. Overnight shipping is delivered by the end of the business day. Saturday delivery and Priority Overnight may be available upon request for an additional fee.

3-day orders will be delivered 3-days after the order is shipped (i.e. if your order is placed before 11am CST Monday it will be delivered by the end of the business day Thursday).

Returns

We gladly accept returns with the following conditions:
• Items must be unopened, unused and in saleable condition.
• Items must be sent back within 30 days of your original receipt of the item.
• You must first contact us within 15 days for a return authorization number (RA number).

Returns that do not meet these criteria will NOT be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items that qualified for free shipping will be charged a 10% shipping/handling fee.

Any shipments returned because they are undeliverable to the shipping address or any packages refused will be refunded less actual shipping and handling charges.

NOTE: Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on Collegiate Scrubs and Footwear.

Return Process

Send an email to support@scrubsgiant.com with your invoice number and reason for return, and we will email your RA (Return Authorization) number and return instructions. RA requests may take up to 2 weeks to generate. All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee and any opened items may be charged a 20% restocking fee. Once you receive your RA number, be sure to package the item(s) carefully and follow the return instructions accurately. Please note that the return process may take up to 30 days.

If you have received a product that is defective, please email support@scrubsgiant.com with your invoice number and identify which item(s) are defective with a brief description of the defect(s) and we will reply with procedures on how to receive a replacement product.
